Leasing Requirements
12-Month Lease
All long-term rentals require a standard 12-month residential lease.
Application & Screening
Background check, credit check and rental history verification are required.
Income Verification
Proof of income (typically 3x monthly rent) is required.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit equal to one month's rent is due at lease signing.
No Smoking
All properties are strictly non-smoking.
