Credit, background, and financial screening required

Positive rental history

Non-smoking

No prior evictions

Pets considered with approval (maximum of 2), $250 non-refundable fee and $35/month per pet

Application fee required (Approximately $50 per applicant)

All applications are reviewed based on overall qualifications
