Credit Score of 600+ preferred
No Prior Evicitions
Stable employment or verifiable income
Background check required

Pet Policy

Pets considered on a case-by-case basis

Non-refundable Pet Deposit Required

Monthly Pet fee $35 per pet

Application fee: ~ $50 per applicant

Security Deposit: 1x monthly rent

Non Refundable Pet Deposit: $200
